I just wish I could pause updates busy downloading. Twice now its happened at like 1am while im jamminga CSGO comp that i get latency spike, check my bandwidth and see im pulling something big, only to go and see that windows is currently updating something...then I get to grin and bare it until its done
You can stop windows updates, I have done it here.
You need to stop the BITS service and Windows update service should be on manual.
