Not SAPO. Courier. If you don't have it by tomorrow, pop the person who sent you the e-mail a note and they can track it to see where it is. Have been hearing very troubling reports of an increase in courier van hijackings, so hopefully nothing untoward has happened.

If this is the case where the prize winner's prize is claimed by a "jacker", is he/she/they re-gifted the same prize, as a result? And if so, at what cost to them or MyGaming and/sponsor?

Simoné and I will handle that if it ever happens. The situation will differ from sponsor to sponsor and prize to prize (sometimes we import stuff that isn't readily/affordably available in South Africa) so we'll have to deal with what's in front of us at the time.

What I can say is that our first step will probably be to find out how much of the loss the courier will cover, and take it from there.
