WTF.. Now DoGaming allowing people within DoGaming to spam emails

Went to my hotmail to check some mails only to find this email sitting there:-

"User Zaphire has sent you the following email from the Do Gaming League website:

Hey,

We will giveaway 2 sets to 2 lucky comments.

Personally I didn't give DoGaming the permission to hand out my email address to clans, so they can start filling my inbox with rubbish.

Anybody got an idea how I can opt out of receiving any communications from Dogaming?

As I understand it, you send them an email asking to be excluded from all current and future promotions and correspondence. Also make sure to mention that you do not wish to receive any correspondence from their partners. Save the mail and any replies from them. According to law they have to comply with your request. As far as I understand the whole thing at least.
Also make sure your email isn't available on a public or semi-public profile page.
