Digital Foundry just did a article on xbox one backwards compatability and the results are mixed but that is to be expected at this early stage.

Keep in mind you're downloading the xbox one game. Need the official xbox 360 to give you the green light to be able to play.. basically what Microsoft are doing is probably reverse engineering the game to work on xbox one.

This what made me go out and buy an xbox one.
