No Man's Sky Galaxy

The gaming world is abuzz right now with talk of the recently-released No Man’s Sky.

The game is currently out on PlayStation 4, although PC gamers will only be able to play from 12 August.

The following content contains major spoilers for No Man’s Sky.

A YouTuber named RabidRetrospectGames has already completed the game and has reached the centre of the galaxy.

What he found there has left some players confused, disappointed, and slightly angry.

According to the YouTuber, there is no centre of the procedurally-generated universe, only the centre of the galaxy the player is currently exploring.

The game contains two possible endings, depending on the player’s interaction with the Atlas, but both have the same result.

After reaching the centre of the galaxy in No Man’s Sky, players are transported to a new procedurally-generated galaxy and start the entire game all over again.

The YouTuber acknowledges that he may have done something wrong, but says this is the only ending he can arrive at no matter which path he chooses.

Check out the ending of No Man’s Sky below (skip to 14:30 for the ending):
