Since the release of Skyrim, fans of the Elder Scrolls series have been longing for the next installation of the franchise, while arguing over which game is the best based on their nostalgia and gameplay experiences.
Well we haven’t got any more news of the next Elder Scrolls title, as that’s still in the works, but we have ranked every base game in the Elder Scrolls series according to critic reviews.
Games were ranked primarily by their GameRankings score, as Metacritic does not provide accurate data for older games.
However, for titles such as Arena and Daggerfall, GameRankings has only a small selection of reviews for each title, making their ranking less reliable than more recent games.
