Capcom wants your Dead Rising 2 feedback

22 February 2011

Capcom has launched an online survey asking gamers to enlighten the company as to their experiences with the zombie smashing Dead Rising 2. The survey can be accessed on the Capcom website.

“After the successful launch of Dead Rising 2, I wanted to go back and analyze what went right and what may have gone wrong with the game using feedback from community. If you have played the game at all, please take the time to answer a few questions below! Your feedback is valuable!” states the Capcom website, apparently sentient and self-aware, referring to itself in the first person.

There are 18 questions in total. They range from asking whether or not you finished the game, to what you love, hate, and think can be improved about it. I for one think it’s a good initiative by the company and perhaps this will set a precedent for game developers to try and find out a quantitative way of assessing their customers’ experience.
