MyGaming recently reported on the news that Steam, Sony, and Amazon are issuing refunds for No Man’s Sky regardless of playtime.
That means you could effectively play for over 50 hours and then get your money back by asking for a full refund.
Such people are “thieves” according to Shahid Kamal Ahmad, a former Strategist Content Director for Sony who had a hand in securing No Mans Sky’s exclusivity for PlayStation.
Here’s the good news: Most players are not thieves. Most players are decent, honest people without whose support there could be no industry.

No, it’s not theft. If a company agrees to a refund, it cannot be thef by definition. Shahid Ahmad is not thinking logically. It’s sad that such people who cannot think logically or let their emotions cloud their professional conduct so easily get paid the sort of salaries they do. Sony sucks for employing such people.
