Cell C launches branded smartphones

Cell C has unveiled its range of low-price branded Android smartphones.

Called the Cell C Fantasy, Deluxe, Summit, Empire, and Extreme, the most expensive of the devices – the Cell C Extreme –  is set to retail for R2,500.

The operator currently lists the Cell C Extreme and Empire on its website, both available on the network’s Epic contract package.

On Epic 100, the Cell C Empire costs R149 per month, while the Extreme costs R169 per month. Both devices are also available on Epic TopUp 100 for an extra R10 per month.

The Cell C Extreme is also available on Epic 150 for R199 per month.
