Massive cosplay competition and gaming tournaments at Canal Walk Gaming Expo

The second Canal Walk Gaming Expo kicks off next week, and it is bigger than ever.

PLaying host to large cosplay competitions, gaming tournaments, and much more, the Canal Walk Gaming Expo is one of the biggest gaming expos in Cape Town.

The Canal Walk Gaming Expo will also host the Kwesé Ace Football FIFA 17 Tournament.

PlayStation VR headsets will also be present at the expo for gamers to try out before their official launch in January 2017.

“We knew gaming was big, but the level of support and interest was more than we expected,” Vanessa Herbst, Marketing Manager at Canal Walk.

“Taking this growing phenomenon into account, we have worked closely with all our exhibitors this year to bring an even better experience and even more variety to the party, as electronic entertainment is appealing to all age groups.”

The Canal Walk Gaming Expo will also host a number of other competitions, including a massive Cosplay initiative that will take place on Saturday 29 October from 12:00.

The expo will take place from 25 – 30 October 2016.
