Battlefield 1 is the biggest launch in DICE’s history, according to an extensive infographic posted on the official Battlefield 1 blog.
The company has compiled detailed statistics of Battlefield 1’s players statistics for its first week, with gamers putting in a total of 59 million hours of gameplay.
“We’re humbled by your efforts – thank you all for your great support,” said DICE. “Let’s keep those numbers growing.”

So much negativity from fellow south africans huh….i play bf1 with 220 ping and I’m almost always in the top 3-5 players… I do actually think it’s waaaaay more fun than bf4. So don’t blame ping if you decide to try out this awesome game and suck at it. The netcode is much better than bf4 and the game optimization is greatly improved over bf4 and the graphics is just breathtakingly good. But hey …HATERS GONNA HATE no?
