Many ADSL subscribers experienced an international connectivity outage today (8 April 2011) which started soon after 09:30AM.
Initial indications suggest that the problem is related to Internet Solutions’ network, with subscribers from IS resellers such as Plugg, Axxess and Afrihost all complaining about a lack of international access.
Afrihost informed their subscribers that they are currently experiencing a problem with International ADSL access – a problem which started at 09:36AM.
“Access to International services and websites may be affected,” said Afrihost in a network notice. “As soon as we have more technical details on the fault we’ll update this page.”
