Last week we saw the first titbits of Modern Warfare 3 information bubble to the surface, . It would appear that the games’ single player campaign will pick up directly where the previous game left off. Players will mobilise against invading Russian forces, and rumoured locations include New York, London and Paris.
Multiplayer information is still scant, but rumour has it that the following weapons and perks will be included:
Perks
Revelations, Lifeline, Pointblank, Sleight of Hand.
Weapons
Vector, Colt 45, Pacer 56
Now the first Modern Warfare 3 screenshot has supposedly been leaked, showing off what appears to be an underground canal setting, and a player using a PSG-1 semi-automatic rifle.
Kotaku is the source of the leak, and claims that the images and information come from reliable sources.
Activision has yet to even confirm the existence of Modern Warfare 3, but it is expected to be released in November this year on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360.
