Four people have been arrested in India in connection with a Game of Thrones episode leak, TorrentFreak reported.
The episode was leaked online and carried a watermark which stated “For Internal Viewing Only”. The name “Star India Pvt Ltd” appeared at the bottom of the screen.
Four men based in Bangalore will be detained for a week while an investigation takes place.
It is alleged the suspects had access to login credentials which allowed them to access the fourth episode of the latest season of Game of Thrones.
According to the report, the four will be held in custody until at least 21 August.
