The British Academy of Film and Television Arts hosted its 18th Video Game Awards show in London yesterday.
The awards ceremony was also streamed on Twitch, YouTube, and Facebook.
Housemarque’s PS5 exclusive “Returnal” took home awards in four categories, namely Best Game, Best Music, Audio Achievement, and Performer in a Leading Role (Jane Perry).
“It Takes Two” won the Multiplayer and Original Property awards, while “Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart” won in the Animation and Technical Achievement categories.
“Inscryption” came out on top in Game Design, and “Forza Horizon 5” was named the best British Game.
