The modding community for Dark Souls 3 has been producing excellent mods ever since the game’s release.
The most ambitious of these projects thus far is Archthrones.
Archthrones is a total overhaul mod for Dark Souls 3 that promises an alternate story that unfolds across five unique worlds with huge map changes, progression, bosses and much more.
The mod developers have indicated via a Tweet that although they don’t have a set release date, the development is progressing well, and in the future, they intend to release a demo.

However, they did not specify the release date of this demo and only stated that it would be coming soon.
Although the mod developers have a Patreon account, Archthrones will be available for free to all who own Dark Souls 3 and its expansions.
The mod has been in development for two years.
