PlayStation announced Deathloop’s Game Update 3 for PlayStation 5 last Thursday, and the update includes a brand-new Photo Mode, added accessibility options, and unique PlayStation 5 avatars.
Deathloop’s new Photo Mode adds to the game’s customisation options, and players can now make use of a variety of poses, filters, and stickers.
“This Photo Mode is such a great way to allow our players to get creative by using the unique art and levels of Deathloop,” said Arkane Studios producer Jeremy Leulier.
While the feature is only available in single-player mode, it can be accessed on any map through the pause menu or Photo Mode shortcut.
Follow the instructions below to enable the shortcut on PS5:
- Options – Controls – ‘Controller’ tab – Photo Mode Quick Access – select Yes.
- Once in-game, double-tap the Create button on the touchpad of the DualSense controller to open Photo Mode.
The update also allows players to strike unique poses and change outfits and weapons (including weapon variation and skin) before selecting a filter and angle for the perfect in-game photo.
Another addition to the update is the new set of accessibility features.
The Game Update 3 includes several added accessibility options and improvements — these range from menu navigation improvements and interface options to a host of new gameplay options.
The update introduces a dedicated Accessibility category in the pause menu, and the most notable improvements to the game’s options include the following:
- New gameplay settings — increasing or decreasing combat difficulty, adjusting the number of Reprises, and slowing game speed.
- New HUD and subtitle options — such as customizing the size, opacity, and colour of various text and graphical elements.
- Easier menu navigation — cursor speed is now adjustable and the use of directional buttons on the controller to navigate up and down menu lists.
Additionally, the update will bring nine new PS5 Deathloop Avatars which are free for all players to use.
The Redemption code and instructions to access these avatars are given below:
- SIEE (Europe, Africa, Middle East, Oceania): 3XF7-QANX-CJ6A
