Ubisoft accidentally revealed that Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope will be released on 20 October 2022.
The leak came from Ubisoft’s storefront page, which listed the Nintendo Switch game ahead of an official announcement.
The page has since been removed, but not before Wario64, a well-known leaker, took a screenshot of the listing.

In addition to the launch date, The listing included notable details about the game, including a post-launch DLC which will be launched a couple of months after the release of the title.
While not much is known about the add-on content, its brief description noted it will contain additional story content such as new heroes, quests, and battles.
According to well-known video game insider Tom Henderson, a new gameplay showcase for Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope will take place tomorrow, 29 June, at 18:00 SAST.
This showcase is expected to confirm the October release date revealed by Ubisoft.
