Just when you thought you couldn’t handle another nanobit of excitement after whatever it is you last ate, it turns out that – wait for it – Lionhead has a “super secret second project” in development. I know, it’s like totally thrilling.
And that’s pretty much all Peter Molyneux is saying for the moment, according to a report over on GamesIndustry.biz. Obviously his handlers were able to get in there with the stun-gun before he told the planet all about how whatever it is will revolutionise gaming as we know it “because Kinect, lol. And love. And this adorable pet lizard that can read your mind and tell the future and all other kinds of stuff we’re still working on.”
Still, maybe it’s that B.C. game that was cancelled back in 2004, but never quite managed to leave the public imagination. Dinosaurs are totally in right now, and who wouldn’t want to punch a velociraptor in the face or do their bit to wipe out dodos with a sharpened stick and a handful of pointy rocks? Anybody? Exactly.
