Telkom extends free ADSL data promotion

Telkom announced in July 2011 that they will increase their Internet subscribers’ monthly data allowance by between 4GB and 11GB, free of charge in July and August 2011.

A Telkom spokesman said at the time that the promotion was in line with the company’s strategy to continuously create greater value for its customers.

The free promotional blended data was automatically added to TelkomInternet AllAccess customers’ accounts on 1 July and 1 August at no additional charge.

Good news for TelkomInternet AllAccess subscribers is that the promotion has been extended for another month.

“Telkom has extended the Free blended data promotion for another month, 1 September to 30 September 2011,” said Telkom spokesperson Pynee Chetty.
