Borderlands 2 14 minute gameplay video leaked

4 September 2011

Borderlands 2, Gearbox’s sequel to their smash-hit 2009 new IP, is slated for a release date sometime in 2012 across all platforms. If you’re anything like the typical gamer however, you can’t wait that long without at least getting an appetizer of tasty nuggets of information and the occasional press release/video.

Now it seems like someone has snuck into the kitchen and sliced off a healthy chunk of the steak, as a fourteen minute gameplay video has found its way onto Youtube.

Be warned that this isn’t quite the HD showcase you might be hoping for, but rather it looks like the caterer pulled out his iPhone at the behind closed doors event. The video is shaky and grainy, and is a recording of a larger screen, much like buying a DVD in China when halfway through the movie a silhouette gets up to use the bathroom.

You do however get to check out the new improved menu system, the new siren Maya and Salvadore laying waste to hordes of bandits and midgets. Enjoy.
