Gearbox has launched a public survey, asking gamers what they liked and didn’t like about Duke Nukem Forever.
Apparently Metacritic isn’t good enough for them, but maybe that’s because Duke Nukem Forever wasn’t good enough for Metacritic; ho ho ho.
The survey asks such critical, searching questions as “How would you rate Duke Nukem Forever?”, and “Would you recommend Duke Nukem Forever to a friend?”, and “Please rate how much you liked or disliked the following things”, including the the Duke’s “style of humour”, the puzzles, world interaction, the two-weapon inventory, regenerating health and linear level design.
Intriguingly, there’s nothing there about how much you liked or disliked waiting a decade for a rubbish game.
Finally, it asks what sorts of features you prefer in your shooters; and that’s about it.
Perhaps more worryingly, what if they’re using this information to make another sequel? Does the world really need a Duke Nukem Forever and Ever?
