Blizzard has started its stripshow leading up to BlizzCon, which kicks off on October 21st, by flashing a little StarCraft II flesh on its official Facebook page.

The silhouetted figure was confirmed as a new Terran multiplayer unit from the upcoming expansion for StarCraft II, Heart of the Swarm, which is going to be making a big showing at BlizzCon.
Heart of the Swarm is the next campaign in StarCraft II, which picks up where Wings of Liberty left off, focusing mainly on the scattered Zerg and posing intriguing questions about Sarah Kerrigon and her motives.
The game will introduce a whole bunch of new Zerg units and abilities which are exclusive to the campaign, but as this latest tease shows us, Blizzard is also expanding and adding more to the other races.
It also gives you a good idea what you might expect when the Protoss campaign, Legacy of the Void, starts showing its face.

StarCraft II: Heart of the Swarm hasn’t got an official release date yet, but is set for a 2012 launch; knowing Blizzard though, and looking at the Diablo 3 delays, that might be optimistic.
Expect more info to come from BlizzCon at the end of October.
