BT Games has confirmed they’ll be doing midnight launches around South Africa for Battlefield 3, so you can get your game early then go home and find there aren’t any servers up yet, and cry yourself to sleep.
[Ed: But seriously, local gaming service providers will be ready and waiting for the launch of the game.]
The launches are taking place on Thursday, 27 October 2011 at the following stores.

Preorder DLC incentives include a Type 88 LMG, Flechette ammo, a DAO-12 shotgun, and a flash suppressor, as well as a freebie download token for the Battlefield: Back to Karkand map pack, featuring four of the series’ most popular maps – Strike at Karkand, Wake Island, Gulf of Oman, and Sharqi Peninsula.
