While games like Battlefield 3 have to run lengthy explanations as to why you have to shoot up policemen during the course of the game – PAYDAY: The Heist barely has anything else to shoot.
The 4-player co-op FPS is coming to PSN finally, after much delay, on 2 November – so if you’re one of the few PS3 owners who won’t be playing Uncharted 3 that day, try find 3 of your mates to go rob banks with you.
The game presents six different heists to take part in – from a bank robbery, diamond heist or gold-in-transit abduction, to a rather, um, conspicuous prison break.
So get your clown mask out, or your balaclava if that’s more your thing, and get out there to attain personal wealth using dubious and lethal methods.
Who wants to be a goody-goody like Nathan Drake when you can go and cause havoc and create civil disorder with friends, anyway?
Payday: The Heist has been out on PC a week or so already – but local PS3 owners can grab it on Tuesday.
