Dystopian cyberpunk tactical turn-based top-down laser-guns pew-pew Frozen Synapse is get-up-and-going mobile, developer Mode 7 has announced.
More specifically, the game’s coming to iOS sometime next year, and will support cross-platform play with the PC, Mac, and Linux versions.
“Yes, that’s right, we caved under the pressure,” writes Mode 7’s Paul Taylor over on their official blog.
“This has been in the works for a while – we still have a lot of work to do on the interface as well as some additional tweaks, but then it’ll be time for beta.
“Finally, I don’t want people to worry that we’re going to abandon FS on its current platforms – we’re actually working right now to hire another team member so we can give it more attention and update it more efficiently.”
The company also confirmed over Twitter that an Android version hasn’t been ruled out, but that there are “no current plans” to do one just yet either.
