Yeah, yeah, I know, I know – we all knew this was coming.
Bethesda have announced that they will be releasing the Fallout New Vegas Ultimate Edition in February 2012.
The game will bundle Fallout New Vegas and all of the available DLC in one neat little post-apocalyptic package – very much like Fallout 3 Game of the Year edition.
So basically, it’s a full package for those of us who don’t bother buying DLC.
The package contains the following:
• Fallout New Vegas (hopefully the patched version)
• Dead Money DLC
• Honest Hearts DLC
• Old World Blues DLC
• Lonesome Road DLC
• Gun Runners’ Arsenal item pack
• Courier’s Stash item pack
The item packs are the same ones that were sold with New Vegas pre-orders.
The Ultimate Edition will also raise the level cap up to 50 from the get-go; so you can start grinding early on as you tackle the wasteland.
Now it’s time to wait for Fallout 4 to enter into our crosshairs, which will hopefully be running off the same engine as Skyrim – the Creation Engine.
