Saints Row: The Third will only be coming out next week – but that hasn’t stopped THQ’s Danny Bilson from letting the stripper dressed as a were-rabbit out of the duffelbag that he already knows what Saint’s Row 4 will be like.
“I already know what Saints Row 4 is about, and it is wilder than this one,” he said during an interview.
“It’s a good example of how you take what you have and say, ‘What can happen in the next?'”
What, indeed.
It’s hardly an official announcement of an official game – but let’s just think about what he’s saying here.
In a game that lets you beat zombies with dildos, fire aerial missiles into traffic, and run around tackling grannies in the most comical fashion ever – they want to make it wilder?
I’ll admit, I’m finding it difficult to imagine what more they could do, short of letting you build a spaceship and fly to the moon the play a game of croquet with some aliens.
Saints Row: The Third is releasing next week, 18 November 2011 – I guess we have some time to mull over where THQ could possibly go next.
