SA gaming tournament organisers, MainGaming, have stepped up to organise over R100,000 worth of prizes in their latest round of competition. The grand prize is a whopping R25,000 in cash and a Samsung 32-inch LCD screen woth R5,000.
MainGaming has planned 40 FIFA 12 events around South Africa, both live qualifiers and online qualifiers.
Each qualifier will see the top three placed players earn a spot in a Grand Final. Eight random places will make up wildcard entries.
Each event will have prizes up for grabs, including LCD screens, consoles, cellphones, and games.
One Cape Town winner and one Durban winner will receive flights and hotel accommodation to attend the Grand Final.
The fourth leg of the competition kicks off this weekend, so clear your schedule and tell your mom that all those hours spent honing your skills will have been totally worth it when you return victorious.
DATE: 13 November 2011.
VENUE: Cresta Shopping Centre, Johannesburg.
REGISTRATION: From 9am to 11am at Barn Yard court entrance 11.
PRIZES: Samsung HD LCD screen and games worth +- R3,000.
