If you haven’t visited the Indie Royale website, you’re missing out. For those of you who’ve been living under a large Skyrim/Modern Warfare 3/Battlefield 3 shaped rock for the past couple of months, Indie Royale is a unique way of distributing great indie titles in the form of download bundles.

Each bundle starts at a very low price, usually a couple of dollars, and the price slowly climbs as more and more people purchase it – thus rewarding early adopters.  As with other similar bundles, you can pay more if you want – generous purchases will actually lower the price instead of raising it. At time of writing, the price is currently sitting at just over 3 dollars.

The latest bundle, the Difficult 2nd Bundle, has sold over 25,000 units in only two days. To celebrate this, the organizers have included two new games for future and previous 2nd bundle buyers – Bullet Candy Perfect and Irukandji, both shooters from developer Charlie’s Games.

The bundle’s initial games include Fate of the World, a save-the-world strategy game from Red Redemption, Nightsky, an arcade puzzle game from Nicalis, Scoregasm also from Charlie’s Games, a psychedelic and intense space shooter, and lastly Ben There, Done That and Time Gentlemen, Please!, a set of two 2D adventure games, both developed by Size Five Games.

If you’re uncertain you still have some time, as the Bundle will be available for about two and a half days more. However, don’t forget, the longer you wait the more you’re going to have to pay. Give it a try, it’s the most value you’re ever going to get out of R25. You can get your indie fix here.
