Nintendo celebrates 25 years with Zelda 3DS

14 November 2011

Are you a Nintendo 3DS fan?

Are you a Zelda fan?

Do you like bundles?

Then now might be the perfect time for you to get down to your local retailer and hope they’re stocking the limited edition Zelda 3DS which is going on sale to celebrate Nintendo’s 25th birthday.

The black 3DS system with gold detail (including a Hyrule emblem) will be packaged with a copy of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D – which goes on sale 25 November 2011.

The game comes with a bundle-exclusive gold sleeve.

Please note that all mentions of “gold” do not refer to real gold – only the colour.

Just in case you were wondering.

Ocarina of Time 3D is a complete re-mastering of the Nintendo 64 classic, with added depth (visual depth, that is) thanks to, well, the Nintendo 3DS being all 3D and stuff.

Fans of the original Nintendo 64 classic will likely feel right at home and appreciate a return trip to the title, while newer gamers will get to experience the classic that made their gamer parents Zelda-mad.

If this bundle tickles your fancy, note that stocks are limited, so you best get your orders in early.
