The annual Spike TV Video Game Awards are just over a week off, which makes this the perfect time to start dialling up the hype to MAXIMUM EXCITE.
Accordingly, presenter Geoff Keighley has Tweeted a super-blurry photo of the electronic billboard on Times Square in New York, showing an ad for the event that promises a “PS3 exclusive you won’t believe”.
“Yes, at VGAs we will be revealing a PS3 exclusive you won’t believe,” he confirmed later for everybody who couldn’t actually make it out on the photo. “We’ll be able to share more soon.”
Detective hats on, everyone!
A few weeks ago, there were rumours of a new God of War game in development, although that kind of seems like a new exclusive you would believe, doesn’t it?
In fact, if we’re going strictly with PS3 exclusives you wouldn’t believe, it’s going to have to be a new Halo or Gears of War game or I’m calling false advertising.
Or maybe Kung-Fu Rider 2. Nobody would believe that.
