PC gaming enthusiasts the world over are waiting with bated breath for AMD and Nvidia to officially reveal their next generation of graphics cards.
However, if you’re willing to take things with a pinch of salt, then you need wait no longer as supposed details have been “leaked” – outlining basic specs as well as pricing for a variety of AMD cards set to drop this year.
The leaked document emerged via the overclock.net forums, and reveals specs, pricing and release dates for 11 different AMD HD 7000 series graphics cards.
The ultra high-end HD 7990 will, in all likelihood, pack dual GPUs – making it faster than any graphics card we have seen released to date. Directly converted the card will cost around R7200, although local pricing is likely to be higher.
At a direct conversion price of R4600, The HD 7970 will be the marginally more sensible option for those who desire massive performance.
Of course, none of this information is official, so we have to take it with a pinch of salt. We will be keeping an eye on AMD for official word on its forthcoming graphics card range over the next few weeks.

“Leaks” are the fancy new way of grabbing headlines.
