Last week, Razer unveiled a mobile PC gaming concept called Switchblade, ahead of CES 2012. But this isn’t about that.
Rather this is about the murmurings regarding Razer’s ‘Project Fiona’ which many people attached to the Switchblade, especially considering how close to CES it was first shown.
Not so!
In fact, Project Fiona is actually an entirely new concept – a PC gaming tablet that will run PC games natively.
The tablet PC is said to run on an Intel Core i7, has a multi-touch screen, accelerometers, force feedback and control grips that look like the tablet can double up as a serving tray.
So you can serve some awesome.
Razer claims the tablet is capable of running current PC games, and actually expects it to go out at the end of this year for about U$1,000 (about R8,100).
Developer kits are apparently going out soon…holy moley, guys, this is actually happening.
