Speaking to CVG, Mass Effect 3 executive producer Casey Hudson hinted that BioWare’s latest in the spacey saga will be following the trend of its predecessor by rolling out a bunch of DLC for the epic after it launches.
“We are going to be supporting Mass Effect 3 for quite some time, because I think people are going to have a lot of fun with multiplayer, and we’ll be supporting that with new content as we go forward,” said Hudson.
“We also have a really good DLC plan, like we had for Mass Effect 2, so there will be new adventures and new things to do. Then, beyond that, we’ll just have to wait and see.”
This is good news, because if it’s anything like Mass Effect 2’s DLC, we’ll be treated to everything from weapons sets to full-scale missions and adventures. The addition of multiplayer means even ore DLC opportunities as well.
The 9th of March is approaching – and it cannot come soon enough.
