Raccoon City gets PC release date

Looks like PC gamers are getting stiffed again (he says with total lack of bias), as Capcom has announced that the PC version of Resident Evil: Raccoon City will only launch on the 18th of May.

To put that in perspective, the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 versions are arriving on the 23rd of March, nearly two full months before the PC release.

Why? Capcom isn’t saying, providing no reason for the delay in the announcement. Although they did say the game will include NVIDIA 3D Vision support. Woohoo.

Raccoon City isn’t so much a sequel as a spin-off, it takes a co-op style and puts players in the period of Resident Evil 2, where they can choose to be part of an elite government force or soldiers for the evil Umbrella corporation.

Hopefully Capcom gives a reason as to why the delay for PC, I’m just hoping it wasn’t to include 3D Vision support.

Two months, no biggy, I’ll have Mass Effect 3 and Alan Wake (plus copious amounts of Skyrim) to fill two months.
Plus, I’m so fed up with console vs pc bickering, grow the f!ck up and wait two months.
I play on PC and XBox 360, so I’m not biased.
