Rayman Origins was, hands-down, my best game of 2011. I agree with everything you say, Castlevania gives much more value than many ‘mainstream’ games in the genre, and Enslaved is ambitious in every department, and yeah, the ending was quite a turn, but I think it keeps you on your toes 🙂
