Procrastination has caught up with me over the last few weeks, and this weekend’s goal is to finally finish up revisiting the Prince of Persia games thanks to the glorious HD collection. Also, despite what some critics and gamers are saying, the intrigue of Resident Evil: Raccoon City has got the better of my curiosity, and I may just head out and grab myself a copy, with regret being a high probability.

This weekend my new little Boston Terrier puppy is arriving from Joburg where I had to leave him behind as he was too young to fly; awww. So when I’m not trying to win his love back with treats, I’ll be destroying the Skeleton King with every character in the D3 beta. Hell, I’ll probably do both at the same time.

This weekend I’m moving the search for my wayward Skyrim to the yard and surrounding areas. I’ve got my power tools and heavy machinery ready. Apologies to my neighbours, but it MUST BE FOUND. Once I find it, I’ll finally get to put the issue to rest and let it continue gathering dust on my game shelf as I try to three-star every level on Angry Birds Space.

I don’t feel like doing much beyond vegetating this weekend, so what better game to play than Minecraft? A few months back I was in the middle of building bits and pieces of Middle Earth (I can feel you judging my lack or originality) before things got busy, so I’m planning on finishing up Moria.

I’ve been lured back into StarCraft by my silver-tongued friend who promised me great custom maps and pwning of noobs. Aside from that, I’ve yet to finish Mass Effect 3; I’m starting to think it’s a mental block based on all of the negativity surrounding the ending. Maybe my sub-conscious knows better and is wisely trying to prevent me from feeling the same pain as the thousands of disgruntled Mass Effect fans. However, I must press on! No one said saving the galaxy was going to be easy.
