Razer building mouse for “lefties”

3 April 2012

Razer, the gaming peripheral company, will soon launch a left-handed version of the Naga gaming mouse.

This was after fans of the company on Facebook expressed their interest in such a device.

Razer posted a question on its Facebook page in March, asking fans whether they wanted another mouse designed for left-handed gamers.

The company said it would consider the possibility if they reached 10,000 likes within a month. The company received the required 10,000 likes in just a week.

Following the feedback on Facebook, Razer announced that they plan to release a left-handed gaming mouse based on the Naga.

The mouse will feature 17 buttons, a 5,600 dpi sensor, and a tracking speed of 200 inches per second. It will retail for $79 (R603.66).

Razer had previously launched a gaming mouse for left hand gamers, based on the Razer DeathAdder.
