Earlier today we reported that Microsoft will be launching a new Xbox 360 Pro Gears of War edition. The bundle includes the Xbox 360 Pro along with a copy of Gears of War as well as Gears of War 2.
While this is an offer that would tempt anyone sitting on the fence undecided about which console to purchase, Sony has gone ahead and made the decision that much more difficult by revealing a new PS3 console bundle that will include a copy of the much anticipated inFamous.
The 80Gb PS3 will ship with a copy of the game, which also includes a sign up voucher to participate in the Beta for the forthcoming Uncharted 2: Among Thieves.
This offer definitely matches Microsoft’s bundle, arguably trumping it by offering a brand new game as opposed to an aging classic and its sequel. At any rate, now is a good time to be in the market for a new console.
