Call of Duty sale gives back to charity

In celebration of the 4th of July celebrations in the US, Activision are throwing a yard sale for the Call of Duty franchise.

The sale kicks off today and basically slashes 50% off all Modern Warfare 3 and Black Ops DLC.

Activision have also said that a portion of the sales profit will go to the Call of Duty Endowment program, which is a charity to support war veterans.

The sale includes:

  • Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Content Collection #1
  • Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Content Collection #2
  • Call of Duty: Black Ops First Strike
  • Call of Duty: Black Ops Escalation
  • Call of Duty: Black Ops Annihilation
  • Call of Duty: Black Ops Rezurrection

The promotion covers PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

Activision also recently announced that a re-worked and re-imagined map of the MW3 favourite Nuketown would make its way to Black Ops II.

    Ya i saw it on gametimecards for R309 other day, too bad i bought it at full retail price.
