MyBroadband conducted its latest broadband survey in June 2012, revealing that Vodacom is the most respected broadband provider in the country.
Over 5,000 people completed the survey, which asked them to rank the country’s broadband providers from the most respected to the least respected.
28% of people said that Vodacom is the most respected broadband provider in South Africa, followed by Telkom and Cell C (both on 18%). Telkom’s overall score was however dragged down by the high number of people who placed it at low ranks.
iBurst was the lowest rated broadband provider, with only 2% of people placing it in the top spot, while 20% of people felt it was the worst provider in the country.
