Starcraft II: Heart of the Swarm beta now live

6 September 2012

Blizzard has started its beta test for Heart of the Swarm, but keep in mind that you don’t have to be press or pro-gamers to get in on the action.

To get involved, you have to make your account eligible for participation.

To be considered for the beta, players should log into their Battle.net account, and select “Beta Profile Settings” under “Account Management.”

Blizzard also states that players who are active StarCraft II players are more likely to be chosen.

Additionally, you can also win access to the beta through various StarCraft II fan sites.

For other specifics on how to get an edge on being chosen for the beta, check out Blizzard’s FAQ.
