Namco Bandai has reached out to fans for help with the inevitable comeback of Pac-Man.
The publisher posted a survey on the Pac-Man Facebook page, which shows four different iterations of the synonymous character.
The four options show very different stylised representations of the yellow gobbler, with “A” looking like an early PSX cover and “C” resembling more of a modern cartoon.
Users are also encouraged to vote on a prospective platform, with smartphones, tablets, consoles, and PC/Mac being options.
Maybe we’ll see a machine-gun-toting, cigarette-smoking hardcore Pac-Man, or probably not.
