The release date for Starcraft 2’s long-awaited expansion Heart of the Swarm has been rumoured for a while, but it seems that the arrival date has been exposed.
Starcraft 2: Heart of the Swarm looks to be arriving on PCs come 12 March 2013, according to Eurogamer, who picked up the date on the Battle.net page.
For £44.99 (around R630), you get a digital copy of Heart of the Swarm and Wings of Liberty.
Blizzard is expected to make an official announcement on the release date today.
The Heart of the Swarm beta is currently running, and to be considered to participate, players should log into their Battle.net account, and select “Beta Profile Settings” under “Account Management.”
