Just my 5 cents on the sound cards. They are not as important as some people tend to believe they are. Motherboards nowadays (even some of the more basic motherboards) tend to have very decent sound chips built in to them and are capable of decoding most types of audio (Dolby digital signals etc) But that’s just me. Others will swear by high end sound cards because it makes everything sound better. Apparently.
