Naughty Dog has set a date for their post-apocalypse survival adventure, The Last of Us – 7 May 2013 across the PAL regions according to the EU PlayStation Blog.
Along with the announcement comes news of pre-order incentive content. Two packages have been revealed, which will be available through participating retailers.
The Last of Us Sights and Sounds Pack
- The official soundtrack of the game
- A PS3 dynamic theme featuring the cover art
- Two avatars for your PSN profile – Winter Joel and Winter Ellie
The Last of Us Survival Pack
- Bonus experience points for multiplayer
- A multiplayer melee attack booster
- Some extra starting in-game cash
- Special customizable character items for multiplayer
- Two special bonus skins for Joel and Ellie which will be unlocked after your complete the single player campaign
Finally, there is a new story trailer to accompany the release date announce.
