DGL 2013: Warfighter, MW3 leagues cancelled

7 January 2013
DGL 2013 SA news

While most gamers prepare for the competitive gaming season that lies ahead, it’s unfortunate to announce that the Medal of Honor: Warfighter and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 leagues have been cancelled.

The reason is that neither of the leagues reached the required number of teams.

The response from the community for the two titles was lacking, while Battlefield 3 and Black Ops 2 saw strong support

The registrations for the DGL have also been extended to 13 January, but that not too far away, so sign up if you’re interested in competing.

Premier Leagues:

  • Counter-Strike: GO
  • DotA 2
  • League of Legends
  • Call of Duty: Black Ops 2
  • Battlefield 3
