DataTraveler HyperX Predator USB 3.0

Kingston Digital recently announced the DataTraveler HyperX Predator 3.0 USB Flash drive, offering read speeds of up to 240MBps, write speeds of up to 160MBps and a capacity of up to 1TB.

“DataTraveler HyperX Predator 3.0 is the world’s largest-capacity USB 3.0 Flash drive as it will be available in a 1TB capacity later in Q1,” the company said in a press statement. It is shipping now in 512GB capacity.

DT HyperX Predator 3.0 is the fastest USB 3.0 Flash drive in the Kingston family, with speeds of up to 240MBps read and 160MBps write.

DataTraveler HyperX Predator 3.0 is compliant with next-generation USB 3.0 specifications and is optimized for newer PCs with USB 3.0 ports.

DataTraveler HyperX Predator 3.0 ships with a custom Kingston key ring and a HyperX valet keychain. It is also backwards compatible with USB 2.0 for efficient data transfer rates.

The 512GB DataTraveler HyperX Predator 3.0 costs $1,750 (R15,000).

    Imagine buying that and realizing that you lost it somewhere along the way 0_o
    I’d permanently attach it to my body to make sure I didn’t loose it, haha.

    Looks pretty damn good, but the price is terrible.
