What’s this? A new look for the MyGaming news page!?
You may have noticed Jeremy was conspicuously absent over the last week. We told everyone he was on holiday, but really he was locked in the zero-G maintenance shed round back of the MyGaming moonbase, with only an A3 art pad, a pink pencil, and instructions to come up with a new website design or else he wouldn’t be eating one of Quinton’s famous Space Pies ever again.
Awesome! Terrible! Controversial! These are just some of the reactions we expect you may have to Jeremy’s treatment, and possibly even the new site design – we want to hear them all.
And because we love giving back to our wonderful readers, we are also having a blow-out competition to celebrate.
For simply sharing your opinion on the MyGaming News redesign over on the MyGaming forum, you can stand a chance to win one of the following awesome prizes:
Sony Tablet S 32GB
The Sony Tablet S features a 9.4-inch touch screen, Wi-Fi, universal IR remote, Android operating system, Sony Entertainment Network with Music Unlimited, Video Unlimited and games for PS Certified devices.
Razer Lycosa gaming keyboard
Razer’s Lycosa prove to be a firm favourite among MyGaming give-aways – so we got another one.
The keyboard features a non-slip rubber finish on its slim keycap keys. Back-lighting helps the keys stand out at dark LAN events.
There are 3.5mm in/out audio jacks on the rear, alongside a USB port. Using the bundled Razer software, gamers can program macro-key combinations for use in complicated situations, such as MMO games.
A media-keys touch-panel rounds off the package.
Gunnar Groove computer eye-wear
Gaming eye-wear went mainstream last year, and has proven to be more than a gimmick. Gunnar lenses help reduce eye fatigue by filtering harmful light waves, reducing glare, and provide a slight magnification.
We have a pair of the Gunnar Groove glasses up for grabs.
To enter the competition, simply head on over to the MyGaming competition forum for the details.
